ZANU PF senior officials Chris and Monica Mutsvangwa’s son Neville has been hit with second charge of operating Starlink at his Mt Pleasant home.
The satellite internet service is not authorised in Zimbabwe.
The new charge came up when he appeared at the Harare Magistrates Court facing charges of illegally trading in foreign currency.
