Two Mutare men have been sentenced to 45 years each for allegedly murdering a prison officer, the National Prosecuting Authority of Zimbabwe (NPAZ) has confirmed.
In a news bulletin, NPAZ said the two men appeared before the courts for killing Tapiwa Mutyasira, a member of the Zimbabwe Prisons and Correctional Services.
According to the statement below, the offence was committed between the 3rd of March and the 4th of March 2023.
