The Zimbabwe warriors football team is playing against the elephants Cote d’Ivoire in an international friendly today ahead of the 2017 Africa Cup of Nations(AFCON).
Zimbabwe and Cote d’Ivoire have all qualified for the Africa Cup of Nations to be hosted by Gabon next month in January.

Zimbabwe football coach Kalisto Pasuwa took locally based players with Tinotenda Kadewere being the only foreign-based player to make the squad.
The hosts, Ivory Coast, have also called local players for the Zimbabwe game.
