Kenyan President William Ruto is chairing an East African Countries emergency meeting today on the situation in Goma, Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC).
According to CNN, Presidents Paul Kagame of Rwanda and Felix Tshisekedi of DRC are both attending the virtual meet.
DRC is on fire as M23 rebels are fighting government soldiers.
It is reported the M23 rebels are being supported by Rwanda.
