The Zimbabwe Republic Police has warned and cautioned Norton independent Member of Parliament, Temba Mliswa who was arrested this morning while conducting a press conference.
In a leaked unsigned caution statement, Mliswa is being charged with violating COVID-19 regulations, he is however, denying the charge.
