The acting Information minister, Jenfan Muswere, says government has increased the risk allowance for frontline workers as Zimbabwe battles rising cases of Covid-19.
Meanwhile, he said the government has also created about 500 new nursing posts to compliment the available workforce in the health department.
On Wednesday 54 deaths were reported and 733 new cases.
