The Constitutional Court is currently in session where a hearing is underway to determine Chief Justice Luke Malaba’s incumbency.
Malaba’s term of office is under debate having reached the retirement age of 70 few months ago.
He had his term extended by President Emmerson Mnangagwa using a Constitutional amendment.
This triggered court action with the High Court at some point sending Malaba on retirement.
