The City of Harare (CoH) says it is migrating from traditional modes of delivering municipal bills and fully going digital.
CoH has since advised residents that all bills will be sent to them electronically and has urged them to provide e-details to enable receipt of bills.
The municipality says residents should submit e-details to revenue officers at their respective district offices vial emails.
