Confederation of African Football (CAF) president Patrice Motsepe has saluted fotmer COSAFA president Philip Chiyangwa for his contribution to the sport in the region.
According to analysts, football improved in the region during Chiyangwa’s tenure as COSAFA president.
Chiyangwa was instrumental in the defeat of former CAF long ruler, Issa Hayatou.
