Jacob Zuma has officially been expelled from the African National Congress (ANC) after found guilty of violating party Constitution.

 

He was found guilty by the party of undermining its integrity by forming the Umkhonto WeSizwe MK Party, a rival of the ANC.

 

Zuma appeared before the party’s disciplinary committee last week.

 

The party said he has a right to appeal its ruling within 21 days.
