Zimbabwe reported 11 deaths and 121 new Covid-19 infections on Monday.
Vaccine uptake remained subdued with just over 16,000 people taking the first shot.
Meanwhile, the Ministry of Health and Child Care is continuously urging citizens to get vaccinated.
Zimbabwe is planning to vaccinate at least 10 million from the estimated population of 15 million people.
