Ukraine’s Foreign minister Dmytro Kuleba says Russia has launched a “full-scale invasion” of his country.
Meanwhile, Russian President Vladimir Putin warns that anyone who tries to interfere will invite “instant” response from his military.
Putin is on record saying he didn’t have plans to invade Ukraine.
