President Mnangagwa is this afternoon capping 3 757 graduands at Midlands State University main campus in Gweru.
He has since installed the University’s Vice Chancellor Professor Ngonidzashe Muzvidziwa who has been on an acting capacity following the retirement of Professor Ngwabi Bhebhe in 2016.
