The Methodist Church of Zimbabwe, Chegutu fraternity had a tragic Easter ending yesterday as one of their congregants collapsed while taking a shower only to be declared dead upon admission at a local hospital.
According to Chegutu eye reports the congregants were left shell shocked and in utter disbelief on the untimely death of the congregant only identified as Mai Magarasadza of 2613 Chinengundu (ZMDC Area) who died after inexplicably collapsing while taking a bath.
The tragedy occured at Chegutu Primary School as believers were bound to wrap up the Easter gathering.
The congregant unbelievably fell while wiping her face at the school’s toilet showers.
Other church members rushed her to hospital when they saw that she was frothing and experiencing difficulties in breathing.
