Renowned Zimbabwean lawyer Beatrice Mtetwa has written to the Acting Chief Justice asking her to institute investigations into how the Secretary for Judicial Services Commission, Walter Chikwana.
Chikwana met Justice, Webster Chimamora who was supposed to hear Malaba’s case when Chikwana had a direct interest in the case.
