Acie Lumumba who was on the run for insulting President Mugabe with unprintable words handed himself to Harare Central Police Station where he was immediately arrested upon arrival.
Lumumba who was born as William Mutumanje is a Zanu PF rebel who has been on the run from authorities after swearing and insulting Mugabe with fword in a video tape recorded in Harare last week.
