Gutu Rural District Council has been arrested and charged with fraud involving nearly USD22 000.
According to the National Prosecuting Authority of Zimbabwe, Alec Mukaro (46) was arraigned before the courts facing fraud charges.
Allegations against Mukaro are that he collected revenue from various businesses and failed to remit the cash amounting to USD21 975.
