A Harare magistrate has overturned a police ban on a Citizens Coalition Change (CCC) rally in Tafara today.
Handing down the ruling, the court, said the prohibition on the basis that Zanu PF booked the intended venue had “no legal basis”.
CCC deputy leaders Karenyi Kore and Tendai Biti were scheduled to be the key speakers.
