The Department of Civil Protection has forecasted torrential rains from Friday until Sunday 8 January 2023.
The department is calling on citizens to be on high alert during the period so as to save lives and property.
Traditional leaders, councillors and other stakeholders have been urged to spread the information so that people are well informed of the dangers.
