The Ministry of Health and Child Care says the number of confirmed Covid-19 Omicron variant cases in Zimbabwe stands at 50.
The deputy Health minister John Mangwiro announces says 20 of the cases are from Masvingo Teachers’ College.
Meanwhile, as reported by Newshawks, 22 are said to be from an Under-17 soccer team which was scheduled to travel to a regional tournament.
