The Zimbabwe/ Botswana Bi-National Commission has began in the resort town of Victoria Falls.
Foreign Affairs and International Trade Minister Dr Frederick Shava addressing the ministerial session at the on going 3rd session of the Zimbabwe/ Botswana Bi-National Commission.
He says the meeting lays the foundation for the meeting of Presidents Emmerson Mnangagwa
and Mogkwetsi Masisi tomorrow which will be the apex of the BNC.
