The government workers of different departments will get their April and May salaries and pay as shown on the following document.
As usual soldiers in the Zimbabwe National Army will get their salary before everyone else. They will then be followed by Air Force, then Prison Service, Health Sector, Education and Rest of civil services and government employees.
Zimbabwe pensioners will have to wait until the of May for their money to be available in their bank accounts. The government is struggling to pay civil servants and other public service employees due to severe financial and economic problems affecting the country. A number civil servants only managed to get their 2015 bonus payments in 2016.
