The Zimbabwe Electoral Commission (ZEC) says with effect from 20 February 2023 Jasper Mangwana (pictured) will no longer be the commission’s spokesperson.
In a statement to the media, the commission urged members of the public to take note that Mangwana is no longer authorised to handle press queries.
Jasper is related to senior government officials including Nick Mangwana who Permanent Secretary in the Ministry of Information.
