The City of Harare would like to notify all Harare residents of the scheduled shutdown of Warren Control from this evening Friday the 19th of May 2017 at 22:00 hours to Sunday the 21st of May 2017.
This is to allow repairs to the main feeders from this station to the city’s reservoirs.
In a statement to the ZBC News, City of Harare spokesperson, Mr Desmond Chideme said Motton Jaffray will be shutdown on Saturday the 20th of May 2017 (tomorrow) only to allow repairs to the pumping plant to Lochnivar.
The western suburbs except Kuwadzana Extension and Dzivarasekwa will have minimum disruptions on Saturday the 20th of May 2017 while the rest of the city will be cut off from tonight Friday the 19th of May 2017 at 22:00 hours to Sunday the 21st of May 2017 afternoon.
Mr Chideme said any inconveniences caused are sincerely regretted.
