The Zimbabwe International Trade Fair (ZITF) International Business Conference is underway this morning with Vice President Constantino Chiwenga being the guest of honour.
Also in attendance are policy makers, business leaders and entrepreneurs.
This year’s ZITF theme is “Rethink, Reimagine, Reinvent value chains for Economic Development.”
Apparenyly, three panel sessions will be held on, structural transformation of value chains, inclusive value chain development through financing and development and reimagining value chain opportunities and challenges.
Meanwhile, the event is expected to be officially opened by President Emmerson Mnangagwa on Friday.
Kenyan President Uhuru Kenyatta who was expected to open the event cancelled his Harare trip following the death of former President Mwai Kibaki.
