In an act of bravery Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has declined an offer from the United States to be evacuated from the Ukrainian capital Kyiv, the Ukraine embassy in London says.
According to the embassy, Zelensky said: “The fight is here; I need ammunition, not a ride.”
Meanwhile, Zelensky also had a meeting with the UK recently were his escape plan was discussed.
The Ukrainian leader came on video few days ago saying he was still in the country’s capital leading the war from the front.
Apparently, President of Russia Vladimir Putin yesterday gave orders to his troops to up a gear.
