United Arab Emirates billionaire Shaji Ul Mulk is in the country for the ground breaking ceremony of a US$500 million Dollar project.
Meanwhile President Emmerson Dambudzo Mnangagwa will officiate at the ground breaking ceremony in Mt Hampden on Wednesday.
In April this year, Mulk was in the country where he promised to invest in a number of sectors including sporting related and hospitality.
