Prosecutor General Johannes Tomana’s bid to appear before a non biased judge in his dispute with the Zimbabwe government over Mugabe Dairy bombing case  has hit a snag.

Mr Tomana is fighting his employers who are trying to chuck him out of work.

Tomana feels that the system is set against him and he won’t have a fair hearing in the current situation.

He wants a foreign or retired judge but this has been thrown out by Zimbabwe’s highest court.

The Constitutional Court will now judge his case.
