Zimbabwe’s 93-year-old leader President Robert Mugabe was the center of attention in Ghana for wrong reasons after live TV cameras zoomed on him sleeping during the country’s lively 60th independence celebrations.
Images of Mugabe sleeping have since gone viral in west Africa especially in Ghana and Nigeria where people are already debating whether he was sleeping or having a season of prayer.
Mugabe who has very strong personal connections with Ghana shocked his hosts when he fell asleep immediately after taking his seat.
