The Zimbabwe Republic Police has barred the Citizens Coalition for Change (CCC) from holding a campaign rally in Chitungwiza today.
Party national spokesperson, Fadzayi Mahere confirmed the development adding that it is being challenged in court.
“ZANU PF continues to violently disrupt our campaign activities.
“We call for a free & fair playing field in the lead up to 2023,” she said.
CCC councillor Lovemore Maiko is standing in Saturday’s by-election.
