Three days after Zimbabwe Defense Minister Oppah Muchinguri said coronavirus was God’s sanctions to punish western nations, President Mnangagwa this morning launched the country’s preparedness and response plan for the Covid-19 pandemic at State House.
Launching the plan, President Mnangagwa said no country was immune to the disease.
The launch was attended by Vice President Kembo Mohadi, Cabinet ministers, diplomats and development partners.
