The Zimbabwe Electoral Commission says it has reported a Movement for Democratic Change Alliance candidate in Highfield East to the police for harassing its electoral officer.
The incident is said to have happened at Mhizha Primary School on Thursday night while she was verifying election materials before Saturday’s by-election.
