Bail Denied

Mary has been denied bail. Mary who is facing a myriad of charges which include fraud and the attempted murder of the Vice President has been remanded in custody to December 30, 2019.

He went on to say that only the High Court could grant bail in such circumstances. He said that  Marr should approach the high court for bail. The Magistrate agreed with Reza and advised Mary to apply for bail at the High Court.  She was ordered to return to court on the 30th of December for routine remand.

Reza also added that Mary may interfere with key state witnesses and investigations if granted bail. He argued that the witnesses in the externalisation case are Mary’s friends who may reconsider their testimonies if approached the right way by the accused.
