Parts of Luveve suburb in Bulawayo were plunged into darkness on Thursday evening following an accident, reports Zimlive.
This happened when a motorist, allegedly drunk and speeding, knocked down a ZESA transformer which missed his vehicle by inches as it went down.
Apparently, ZESA engineers responded to secure the expensive equipment.
