One of Gweru’s popular retail supermarkets, Choppies was this morning evicted from its premises by the Deputy Sheriff on orders of the building’s owners. Shoppers were this morning shocked to see groceries and equipment being thrown outside the premises by the Deputy Sheriff.
The owners of the premises reportedly want to turn it into a shopping mall.
