Controversial businessman Wicknel Chivhayo has been found not guilty and acquitted of US$5.6 million fraud charges he was facing.
This was after a Harare magistrate ruled that the State has delayed to put him to trial.
Chivhayo was accused of misappropriating US$5.6 million which he was given by the Zimbabwe Power Company to kickstart the Gwanda Solar Project project.
