A Chitungwiza municipality department of works manager Emmanuel Mushata has been sentenced to four years in prison for criminal abuse of office.
Mushata was arrested by the Zimbabwe Anti-Corruption Commission for selling a section of the road as a residential stand.
According to the National Prosecuting Authority, he committed the offence in 2019.
