Zanu-Pf Manicaland provincial youth chair Tawanda Mukodza has confessed the looting and plundering of food aid meant for cyclone Idai victims.
His confession comes at a time when the Minster of Local Government, Public Works and National Housing was covering up food aid scandal, telling members of the media that Zanu-Pf vehicles were used to transport aid to cyclone victims.
