Hwange Colliery has noted that crime has started going up since President Emmerson Dambudzo Mnangagwa released criminals that include rapists through a Presidential amnesty.
The Loss and Control manager James Phiri put out a memo encouraging the colliery’s workers to be extremely vigilant.
President Mnangagwa recently pardoned prisoners among them ‘dangerous’ criminals amid outcry from some quarters.
