A sombre atmosphere has engulfed Zanu PF, as one of its councillors in Chegutu was involved in a fatal accident yesterday.
The councillor is ward 16 councillor, Mr Silas Chikati.
The details of the accident are still sketchy, but a family member confirmed the sad happenings midday.
