Allegations are that Kadewe arrived at the Charge Office drunk, took a pen and wrote on the faces of the President and Commissioner-General Augustine Chihuri.\par

He allegedly wrote “***** iri taneta naro”. Kadewe was allegedly arrested and went for a disciplinary hearing and he is detained at Fairbridge.
