The Zimbabwe Electricity Supply Authority (ZESA) has announced a 44-day maintenance at Hwange Unit 3.

In a public notice ZESA Holdings has advised stakeholders that Hwange Unit 3 will undergo statutory maintenance from 10 September to 24 October 2025, a 44-day planned outage.
