Zimbabwean firms shortlisted to supply transaction poles to Zambian power utility

Five Zimbabwean firms have been shortlisted to supply transmission poles to Zambia’s power utility ZESCO.

Meanwhile, Zimbabwe is Zambia’s prime supplier of the good treated, utreated poles.

Apparently, one of the firms, Border Timbers, supplied 5,198 poles to Zimbabwean and regional buyers in the September quarter last year.
