The just ended by-elections in Zimbabwe were not free and fair, as they failed to meet the conditions set by Southern Africa Development Community and African Union, which are in the Zimbabwe Electoral Commission (ZEC) voter education handbook.
Meanwhile, Zimbabwe despite having one of the most transparent electoral processes in the world stands accused of violating them.
Opposition parties have been denied access to campaign freely, with the public broadcaster turned into the mouthpiece for the ruling party ZANU-PF.
A number of civil organizations have noted that the just ended elections were neither free nor fair, with calls for Electoral reforms ahead of the do or die polls set for 2023.
Apparently, according to Team Pachedu, ZEC should be taken to court over all the election irregularities that we witnessed during the by-elections.
