Seventh-Day Adventist(SDA) Church buildings & property catch fire in Mount Pleasant Harare

SDA church in Mt Pleasant has been gutted down by fire in Harare Zimbabwe this afternoon, sources have revealed to zwnews.

According to reports, some individuals were seen burning grass outside the church’s perimeter fence moments before disaster happened about 4 PM, today, Monday 17th.

Later some clothing on the line caught fire and were blown by wind to a thatched structure and main building  owned by the organisation.

A raging fire immediately started and destroyed the main buildings and everything inside.

Harare fire brigade could not help the situation as their vehicles ran out of water before the fires could be stopped.

While property worthy thousands was destroyed, there were no injuries reported. zwnews.com
