Tapiwa Douglas Furusa, a Zimbabwean man based in Colchester has appeared in court for the murder of Zane Mahachi also known as Leigh Anne.
Furusa also known as Tee Fuz had his pictures splashed across papers as people wondered about the real identity of the man being charged for Zanele’s murder.
Mahachi was stabbed to death at her home in Sheffield.
A post-mortem examination revealed she died from multiple stab wounds.
Appearing at Sheffield Magistrates’ Court, Tapiwa Douglas Furusa, 37, a property broker from Colchester town was remanded in custody.
He will appear in court again on 12 May.
