Zim fails to put arrivals to quarantine, 2 days ED’s order, cites lack of food, machines, transport

Zimbabwe has failed take arrivals into quarantine 2 days after President Emmerson Mnangagwa made the directive.

Port officials say there is are no PCR machines, no accommodation, no food, and transport to effect the directive.

The officials have admitted they are not ready to implement government directive.

Meanwhile, the government yesterday issued Statutory Instrument to give legal effect to the order.
