ZEC’s ‘rigging’ ploy in ZANU PF stronghold Uzumba-Maramba Pfungwe exposed

Team Pachedu says it has discovered systematic ploy by the Zimbabwe Electoral Commission (ZEC) to manipulate elections in Uzumba Maramba Pfungwe (UMP) a ZANU-PF stronghold.

Team Pachedu says it can’t be by coincidence that all voters in the area could put incomplete addresses on the forms.

“In Uzumba, ZEC simply copied and pasted an incomplete address across multiple voters.

“There is nowhere all these people could have written the exact,” says Team Pachedu.

Team Pachedu adds that the patterns show a large-scale copy-and-paste of incomplete addresses by ZEC.

“Out of 26,477 Uzumba voters, 10,505 have an incomplete address that does not meet the VR1 requirements for rural voters. ZEC manipulated these records,” says Team Pachedu.

UMP is one of the strongholds for the ruling ZANU PF party which has for years swayed the election to its favour.
