The Zimbabwe Electoral Commission (ZEC) yesterday started rolling out the 2nd and last phase of the mobile biometric voter registration (BVR) countrywide.
This comes ahead of the delimitation exercise in August this year whose outcome will determine the size of constituencies.
Meanwhile, ZEC which has for years been accused of favouring the ruling party is being reportedly run by the army.
Zimbabwe has one of the most transparent voting systems, however it is allegedly being manipulated.
The country is set to hold the do or die polls next year and parties have already started campaigns.
