In Mwenezi at Negari Primary School, a Zimbabwe Electoral Commission (ZEC) Presiding Officer, Mrs. A. Moyo, has reportedly turned away Citizens Coalition Change (CCC) polling agents from a training session.
According to Team Pachedu the presiding officer is said to have only allowed ZANU-PF polling agents into the training venue.
Meanwhile, two days before the 30 July 2018 elections, the High Court ordered ZEC to give the final voters roll to Counselling Services Unit (CSU).
ZEC had been refusing.
The voters roll that ZEC finally gave CSU on 28 July was totally different from the one ZEC used on 30 July.
